Conditions of the Program
Program Dates: We will have departure dates in October 08 & January 09 for 6 Months contract
Jobs: Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Merchandise, Operations, Vacation Planner, Custodial, Lifeguards, Recreation, Character...
Pay rate: Approximately $7.00 per hour. Minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed
Insurance: You are required to provide your own health insurance for the duration of the program.
Relocation Assistance: You are responsible for the costs of your round-trip flight
Housing: Is provided by the Walt Disney World Co. at a cost of $71 - $90 per week. Bedrooms are shared by two people coming from different countries.
Transportation: To and from work locations and housing complexes is provided by the Walt Disney World Co.
Visa: The J-1 visa is paid (800$) and provided by Walt Disney World. You will be required to pay a fee of 150 Euro at the US Embassy.
Cost : $2.100 (University Fee)
To qualify for the J1 Academic Program of Walt Disney World you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be willing to live in the US for 6 Months (next departures in October 08 & January 09)
Have good conversational English
Be outgoing, enthusiastic and flexible
Have a 2 Years post High School diploma (in Tourism, Trade, Business, Management, Hotel & Catering...)
Interviews will be held in Milan on June 11th for departures in October & in January.
